Glow Dough products are handmade and crafted in small batches. Orders are processed and shipped directly from our facility in Utah.


Order Processing Time

Because our products are handmade, please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

During busy periods, holidays, or large order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• Other major carriers when necessary

Shipping speed depends on the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Glow Dough is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Postal service disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Glow Dough is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Glow Dough is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
