Glow Dough products are handmade and crafted in small batches. Due to the nature of the materials used in our sensory products and our production process, we do not accept product returns.

Please review the policy below before placing an order.


Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Because Glow Dough products are handmade sensory items produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened sensory products cannot be returned or resold.

Glow Dough does not provide refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Shipping delays once the order has left our facility
• Products that have been opened or used

If you have questions about a product before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To report a damaged shipment, email:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product.

Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.


Shipping Issues

Glow Dough is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Glow Dough is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
